How It Works
Production Wizard™ keeps your formulas on track. This is done using a few procedures that control daily plant operations. These procedures match what is going on in the plant: filling tanks with raw ingredients, measuring the composition of tank ingredients, and making product.
- Tank Status Editor – tells Production Wizard™ what and how much is in the tanks. Production Wizard™ tracks only tanks containing ingredients.
- Ingredient Composition Update Tool – tells Production Wizard ™ the composition of what is in the tanks.
- Batch Creation Tool - Production Wizard ™ uses this to batch product. The figure below describes Production Wizard™ in more detail.
